Jessica has also gained a Personal Performance Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy and additional Deploma’s in CBT (Cognative Behavioural Therapy) EFT (Emotional Freedom Techinque) and The Power Coaching FormulaTM as well as being a Certified Reiki Practitioner.
What To Expect From Your Consultation & Treatments
Hypnotherapy sessions last approximately 1 hour. We will talk over and gain clarity around what you want to work on and gain an understanding of what we need to do in order to create the desired change.
We will then work together, using hypnosis, to align your desired outcome with what we have discussed in the earlier part of the session.
Some people will experience deeper levels of relaxation than others and this will differ from person to person and may also differ from session to session for each individual.
You will be in complete control at all times. Your subconscious mind is protected by your values and beliefs, if a suggestion were made that did not fit into your perceived identity of yourself, the suggestion would not work and no changes will take place.
