About Jill Corbey
Jill has a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills from the Chrysalis in Guildford and is passionate about mental health. Jill thrives on helping others who struggle with the stress and strains of modern life.
Jill truly believes Hypnotherapy allows everyone who embarks on it the key to their own personal journey. A journey which gives them a better understanding of who they are and how they can enrich their own experience in their own life. For each one of Jill’s clients, she believes they hold their own solution somewhere within themselves. It is Jill’s role to help each one of her clients to find and unlock this solution and allow them time to work towards making it a reality.
Jill has a professional membership with the National Hypnotherapy Society and a student membership with the National Counselling Society – Jill is currently in her second year studying to become a qualified Psychotherapist.

About Jessica Goodchild
Jessica has also gained a Personal Performance Coaching Diploma with The Coaching Academy and additional Diploma’s in CBT (Cognative Behavioural Therapy) EFT (Emotional Freedom Techinque) and The Power Coaching FormulaTM as well as being a Certified Reiki Practitioner.
What To Expect From Your Consultation & Treatments
Hypnotherapy sessions last approximately 1 hour. We will talk over and gain clarity around what you want to work on and gain an understanding of what we need to do in order to create the desired change.
We will then work together, using hypnosis, to align your desired outcome with what we have discussed in the earlier part of the session.
Some people will experience deeper levels of relaxation than others and this will differ from person to person and may also differ from session to session for each individual.
You will be in complete control at all times. Your subconscious mind is protected by your values and beliefs, if a suggestion were made that did not fit into your perceived identity of yourself, the suggestion would not work and no changes will take place.

Smoking cessation sessions are 2-2.5 hours in total – you can combine your initial 30 minute consultation with your 2 hour session or see Jill on two separate occasions.
