What To Expect From Your Consultation & Treatments
Sessions are usually weekly and completely tailored to your needs. They take place ideally at the same time each week and are suitable for individual adults or couples.
CBT is considered a shorter-term talking therapy and depending upon presenting issue(s), therapy tends to span 10-16 sessions.
It is an active, goal-orientated approach.
Our Cognitive Behavioural Therapist can help you change your thinking and overcome limiting self-beliefs to develop helpful habits and thinking patterns for lasting change.
Seeking support can be a big step. Our aim is to help you feel heard and seen for who you are. We suffer when our life isn’t working as we’d wish, but don’t know how to change or do things differently.
Our therapist will strive to create a safe, confidential and supportive space where you feel able to be honest – without fear of judgement – to explore, grow and change.
Meadows Wellbeing offers a free, confidential 15-minute initial phone consultation where you can discuss why you are seeking support and how she can support you.
