What To Expect From Your Consultation & Treatments

Sessions are usually weekly and completely tailored to your needs. They take place ideally at the same time each week and are suitable for individual adults or couples.

CBT is considered a shorter-term talking therapy and depending upon presenting issue(s), therapy tends to span 10-16 sessions.

It is an active, goal-orientated approach.

As a highly experienced Integrative Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Rowanne can help you change your thinking and overcome limiting self-beliefs to develop helpful habits and thinking patterns for lasting change.

Seeking support can be a big step. Rowanne’s aim is to help you feel heard and seen for who you are. We suffer when our life isn’t working as we’d wish, but don’t know how to change or do things differently.

Rowanne will strive to create a safe, confidential and supportive space where you feel able to be honest – without fear of judgement – to explore, grow and change.

Rowanne offers a free, confidential 15-minute initial phone consultation where you can discuss why you are seeking support and how she can support you.

If you have private medical insurance, Rowanne is registered with Aviva and Vitality.
