Meadows Wellbeing is here to help you identify and achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
Health coaching provides tailored support and tools to help you with any health issues, so that you can make positive changes to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Assisting with diet, lifestyle and movement, we also look at addressing the cause of chronic health conditions.
Using a range of techniques and coaching skills, our Health Coach will help you to develop positive habits and make long-lasting changes that are sustainable. We also act as accountability buddies to ensure that you are supported throughout your journey.

About Sarah Malzer
Sarah is a qualified Health Coach, gaining her Diploma from The College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Sarah understands the importance of holistic health and identifying the root cause of health problems in order to treat the person as a whole rather than isolated symptoms.
She feels passionate about educating and empowering people to achieve a holistic healthy life, free from chronic health conditions. Optimal health is possible and can be sustained with the appropriate knowledge and understanding of what makes us holistically healthy.
Sarah can guide, empower and educate you in all areas of your health.
Sarah aims to promote healthy habits and will equip you with the tools to start your journey towards absolute vitality. Self-care is not a luxury; it is a necessity. She can help you gain the knowledge, skills and confidence to approach health and wellbeing in a simple way and encourage you to take control of your health through simple easy to manage steps which will address nutrition, exercise, sleep, weight issues, stress, anxiety, gut health and immunity.
The end result being you will feel restored, balanced and energised.
Finding the right balance for you is really the key to sustaining your long-term optimal health, become the best version of yourself, feel better and live well.
What To Expect From Your Consultation & Treatments
The Meadows Wellbeing Health Coaching package comprises 3 sessions.
The first session involves taking a full health history, including a full body systems review, current diet, relationships, stress and family history, physical activity and health goals. This session will give Sarah a broad understanding of who you are and what your health issues, concerns and goals are.
This initial session will last approximately 1.5-2 hours.
Following analysis of your health history, Sarah will work with you to put together a personalised achievable health coach plan.
This will be discussed in session 2 and will last approximately 1-1.5 hours.
Approximately 2 weeks later a further third session will take place (lasting between 1-1.5 hours) to assess and discuss your progression with the coaching, to continue to educate and empower you towards your holistic health and to assess your needs for further support and guidance.
Sarah will provide you with any required support, for example, stress management strategies, exercise plans, recipes, nutritional information and meal plans.
Additional follow up sessions can be booked for further support.
