SOUND BATH & REIKI
With Letty Luna Yoga
What to expect
Join Letty for some gentle movement and breathwork followed by a long, guided meditation to the soothing and entrancing sounds of crystal sound bowls – to allow you to rest, replenish and connect to Self.
Letty’s main aim is for all participants to be able to unwind and relax and enjoy the healing benefits of sound, Reiki and gentle movement.
The session begins with Letty guiding you through a gentle set of floor based movements and breathwork, to allow your body to soften and unwind.
There is no need for any previous yoga experience and the poses will be suitable for everyone with adjustments made if needed.
This will be followed by a long guided meditation whilst you are lying comfortably in your own space. This will be accompanied by the entrancing sounds of Crystal Sound Bowls to allow you to completely switch off.
With your consent, Letty will also provide non-contact Reiki and aromatherapy oils to feel nourished, grounded and relaxed.
An afternoon session to unwind. To nourish. To restore.
