Meadows Wellbeing Gift Vouchers are now available to order online here and are sent via email.
You can order the Gift Voucher (use the ‘Someone Else’ tab during checkout) and set the time and date you would like it to be emailed to the recipient – or you can send the Gift Voucher back to yourself by adding your email address (instead of the recipients email) in the Recipient’s Email field.
PLEASE NOTE: Only use the ‘Yourself’ tab at checkout if you are buying for you personally, as the voucher will be raised in your name and not the recipient’s.
If sent directly to the recipient, they will receive an email with a link to download their Gift Voucher, which can then be redeemed against any treatment or therapy at Meadows Wellbeing.
Vouchers have a 12 month expiry date.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
The Meadows Wellbeing Gift Voucher is redeemable against treatments, therapies and workshops at Meadows Wellbeing in Billingshurst.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.
Gift Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption, either physically or digitally and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be refunded.
Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient named on the voucher. No refunds or credit will be given for unused portions of the voucher.
Meadows Wellbeing will credit the gift voucher amount to the recipient’s profile at the time of purchase.
If the value of your treatment or therapy is lower than the value of the Gift Voucher, the balance/remainder will remain on the Gift Voucher. So it can be used towards future treatments, therapies or workshops up to the date of expiry.
If the value of your Gift Voucher does not meet the price of the service you are wishing to book, you will need to pay for the remainder of the cost of the treatment/therapy/workshop.
If an appointment booked using a Gift Voucher is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, Meadows Wellbeing reserves the right to deduct the full value of the booking from the voucher. No-shows will result in the full voucher amount being forfeited.
When purchasing a Gift Voucher, the minimum amount is £25.00
Treatments, therapies or workshops must be booked and completed by the expiry date on the voucher.
Meadows Wellbeing reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions from time to time, where necessary.
