Bach Flower Therapy – Restore Balance, Naturally
Bach Flower Therapy is a gentle yet powerful healing system developed in the 1930s by Dr Edward Bach, a Harley Street physician who believed that emotional wellbeing is at the heart of physical health. Drawing on the natural essence of 38 different flowers, each remedy corresponds to a specific emotional state or personality trait. Rather than treating symptoms alone, Bach Flower Remedies aim to address the root emotional causes of imbalance—helping to restore harmony across mind, body, and spirit.
How Bach Flower Therapy Works
At Meadows Wellbeing, our trained Bach Flower Practitioner combines deep knowledge of the remedies with a personalised, counselling-led approach. Using a tailored blend of up to six flower essences, we work with you to gently peel back the layers of emotional disharmony, offering clarity, calm, and lasting change. Safe for all ages and life stages, Bach Flower Therapy can be used alone or alongside other therapies such as psychotherapy, coaching, or mentoring—supporting your wellbeing journey with simplicity and care.
