Homeopathy At Meadows Wellbeing
Homeopathy is a holistic form of medicine which uses highly diluted substances, with the aim of triggering the body’s own healing mechanisms.
These medicines (or remedies as they are referred to by a homeopath) are prescribed according to your specific set of symptoms, and how you are experiencing them, taking into account your overall level of health.
Homeopathy can be used to help with a wide range of symptoms including:
Emotional health – anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, grief or trauma.
Women’s Health – fertility, peri/menopause symptoms, puberty symptoms like anxiety or acne, pregnancy related issues like morning sickness etc.
Children’s health – teething, allergies, sleep or behavioural issues, glue ear, acute illness e.g. chickenpox and skin complaints like eczema.
Daily functions – fatigue, IBS, headaches, insomnia etc.
The Meadows Wellbeing Homeopath is Nina Garrard.

Why Choose Homeopathy?
A homeopath provides personalised holistic care by understanding your unique symptoms, health history, and lifestyle factors. Through detailed consultations, they develop treatments using natural remedies that work with your body's healing mechanisms, addressing both physical and emotional aspects of health.
Homeopathic treatment aims to strengthen your overall wellbeing rather than just targeting individual symptoms. This gentle yet effective approach can help with various chronic and acute conditions, while supporting your body's natural ability to maintain good health and resist disease.

What To Expect From Your Consultation & Treatments
Nina offers a free 15 minute introductory call via telephone.
This initial call will provide time to chat, to ask any questions and discuss any health issues that are affecting you.
Your initial consultation/appointment will last for approximately 90 minutes.
Your consultation is a safe space and will give you time to talk about your health concerns in depth, to a level you are unlikely to have experienced before if Homeopathy is new to you.
Homeopathy is completely individualised with a bespoke treatment plan – covering not just the physical symptoms you are experiencing, but also your emotional health and previous medical history.
Subsequent appointments are dependent on the nature of the condition and the response to treatment.
Follow up appointments last for approximately 45 minutes.
As your health responds to the Homeopathic remedies prescribed, it is vital to track and measure progress and note any symptom changes. There may be a change of remedy needed, a potency may need to be adjusted or the frequency that you are asked to take it. Follow-up’s take place usually after 2-6 weeks depending on the issue/symptoms.
Remedies are included in the price of your treatment (excluding Homeobotanicals which are £20).
Your prescription will be in a tablet, a small pill, liquid or occasionally powdered form.
