Meadows Wellbeing is here to help you identify and achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
Health coaching provides tailored support and tools to help you with any health issues, so that you can make positive changes to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Assisting with diet, lifestyle and movement, we also look at addressing the cause of chronic health conditions.
Using a range of techniques and coaching skills, our Health Coach will help you to develop positive habits and make long-lasting changes that are sustainable. We also act as accountability buddies to ensure that you are supported throughout your journey.

Why a Health Coach?
A health coach serves as your personal wellness navigator, helping you create and implement sustainable lifestyle changes through evidence-based strategies and supportive guidance. By addressing the root causes of health challenges rather than just symptoms, health coaching empowers you to make lasting transformations in areas like nutrition, movement, stress management, and overall wellbeing.
Working with a health coach provides accountability and structured support as you work towards your health goals. Through regular sessions, you'll develop practical tools and techniques to overcome obstacles, establish healthy habits, and create a balanced lifestyle that aligns with your personal wellness vision.

What To Expect From Your Consultation & Treatments
The Meadows Wellbeing Health Coaching package comprises 3 sessions.
The first session involves taking a full health history, including a full body systems review, current diet, relationships, stress and family history, physical activity and health goals. This session will give Sarah a broad understanding of who you are and what your health issues, concerns and goals are.
This initial session will last approximately 1.5-2 hours.
Following analysis of your health history, Sarah will work with you to put together a personalised achievable health coach plan.
This will be discussed in session 2 and will last approximately 1-1.5 hours.
Approximately 2 weeks later a further third session will take place (lasting between 1-1.5 hours) to assess and discuss your progression with the coaching, to continue to educate and empower you towards your holistic health and to assess your needs for further support and guidance.
Sarah will provide you with any required support, for example, stress management strategies, exercise plans, recipes, nutritional information and meal plans.
Additional follow up sessions can be booked for further support.

Our Health Coach Sarah is also a Cytoplan Practitioner and can offer help with choosing supplements.

Meadows Wellbeing may receive a small commission/payment as a result of Cytoplan supplements purchased by a Meadows Wellbeing client on a Health Coaching program or in liaison with our Health Coach.
