Ian is a level 5 BTEC Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapist, providing assessment and treatment for injuries and pain within the body.
Ian implements a wide range of techniques alongside massage to address musculoskeletal issues, postural imbalances and pain related to soft tissue injuries. He provides a sensitive approach to identify the impact of each issue, alongside the fundamental causes, and treat these appropriately.
Ian is an advocate for soft tissue therapy. Having competed for the GB Softball team, he understands the impact that regular maintenance can have on your athletic and sporting performance, to perform at your top level, whilst also reducing any pain from these activities. He also recognises the value that soft tissue therapy can have to relieve pain attributed to poor posture and musculoskeletal imbalances from everyday life. So, whether you are suffering from your athleticism or from working in an office, Ian will be able deliver valued treatment.
What To Expect From Your Consultation & Treatments
Your appointments will last anywhere from 30-60 minutes depending on your requirements, the nature of your condition and the response to treatment.
A mixture of techniques may be used during your treatments depending on your therapist.
Your appointment will also include advice on how you can help yourself continue to improve after your treatment.
